These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the applications provided by The Christ Palace International Ministries (“the Church,” “we,” “us”), including the TAP small-groups portal and the Royal Kids children’s-ministry portal (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use the Services

The Services are for members, volunteers, and families of The Christ Palace. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the Services only for legitimate ministry and community purposes.
• Do not misuse others’ personal information, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or disrupt the Services.
• Children’s-ministry features are for authorized volunteers, staff, and a child’s parents or guardians only.

Text messages

Where you opt in, we send service and scheduling text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive texts is not required to participate in the Church’s ministries.

Children’s ministry

Parents and guardians are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide about their children and for the use of pickup codes. Check-in and pickup features are provided to support child safety but do not replace the supervision and judgment of staff, volunteers, and guardians.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us permission to use it solely to operate the Services and the Church’s ministries, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will always be delivered on time or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Church will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
